historic charm on the harbor

central location meticulous cleanliness comfortable family room quiet courtyard

The location was really good. It allowed easy exploration by foot. i particularly appreciated the meticulous cleanliness evident throughout the hotel. the family room i stayed in was comfortable for three nights. i liked that it faced the courtyard, it ensured quiet evenings even with the windows open.

I noticed no air conditioning, and screens were absent from the windows. This might be a problem during warmer periods.

the breakfast offered a decent selection with fresh items available each morning. the breakfast area provided a good start to the day. i found breakfast a good value for the price.

the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. they allowed us to store our luggage. miriam and pang were especially attentive, it. the front desk was efficient during check-in and check-out.

my family room two bedrooms was clean. it provided a comfortable space . the room faced the courtyard, it offered a quiet and restful place. the bathroom had basic toiletries and fresh towels.

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room Nyhavn View. The room had a lovely waterfront view. Breakfast offered a good selection of breads, cheese, and pastries. The front desk staff was helpful.

The shower was a bit small!

excellent location easy access helpful staff early access

The location was excellent with easy access to many restaurants. I could walk to many places from here. I even accessed my room a couple hours early. Staff was friendly and helpful .

The bathroom seemed basic, like a WC on a ferry. It was not what I expected for such a pricey room.

convenient location informative staff main attraction noisy street basic wc small room

the hotel is close to many attractions and restaurants, also public transport is within easy reach. the staff were lovely and very informative. the location is very picturesque and handy for the main attractions.

i found the street to be noisy with thudding music every night until midnight. the bathroom seemed like a basic wc and it was very disappointing. i understand the rooms are small, but i laughed.
